quality engineering products
in the East African Region i.e Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, Congo and the Sudan. While the original products were based on chains, EACL has now developed into much wider range of quality engineering products. We do offer technical advice and back-up
on our products.
East African Chains Limited hopes to further assist its
customers by supplying quality products at competitive prices by
reducing its operating costs through developing improvements in the
company's operation through continual assessment and staff training.
EACL will increase its technical back-up to customers
by providing continual training for its staff and maintaining
a technical lead in each of its products by continued liaison
with suppliers who are each leaders in their field. |
East African Chains Limited was established
by Jack Tilbury in 1972. Currently his son Mark Tilbury is the Managing Director.
The Company was established as a major supplier to many local industries
during their establishment and development.
In 1978, East African Chains Ltd-Mombasa Office was opened and in the year 2000, EACL-Uganda Branch was established.
